Intake & Assessment
We begin with a structured intake to understand your current lifestyle, training history, and goals. This helps establish a strategic starting point with clarity and focus.
2. Baseline Body Composition Scan
You’ll log your initial weight, body fat %, and lean mass to calibrate a goal-specific protocol. This data shapes the foundation of your plan — from training to nutrition.
3. Custom Training Protocol
Based on your metrics and goals, Coach Terry builds a fully customized program. This includes:
A phased training split (strength, conditioning, recovery)
Movement patterns aligned with your physique priorities
Integrated core and postural reinforcement
Realistic structure that fits your schedule
4. Nutritional Framework
You’ll receive macro targets and calorie guidance tailored to your current body composition and performance demands. Adjustments are made as your progress evolves.
5. Monthly Check-Ins & Adjustments
Each month, we assess your updated body composition and performance data. Based on your progress, I recalibrate your program:
Rebalancing training volume or recovery
Adjusting calorie targets or cardio intensity
Reinforcing or refining your physique focus (e.g., glutes, abs, shoulders)
6. Ongoing Coaching Support
You’ll train using the Sculpt App — with real-time access to your workouts, progress history, and messaging. You’re never left guessing what to do next — and you’re never doing it alone
